Are all apartments four-side-open?
Yes. Every apartment in every typology is designed with external walls on all four sides — no shared walls with more than one neighbouring apartment, and natural light in every habitable room.
What's the carpet-to-super-built-up ratio?

What is the starting price?
3 BHK from ₹2.62 Cr; 4 BHK from ₹3.04 Cr. Roughly ₹9,500–10,000 per sqft base rate.
What are the other charges on top of the base price?

Four options: 4-3-2-1 plan, construction-linked plan (CLP), 20:80 scheme, and a 50:50 option on select inventory. Each suits a different buyer profile.
